How long before resuming ibrutinib after just ONE dose of Paxlovid?

I got a false positive Covid test yesterday so I got a prescription for Paxlovid. I also got a PCR test. It came back negative as did another at-home test. I took one dose of Paxlovid and want to know when I can resume ibrutinib. Thanks!

Ngtinfu, wonderful that you don't actually have Covid! Generally the recommendation is to hold ibrutinib for 2 to 3 days following the last dose of Paxlovid. I think that you could certainly follow that recommendation. Below are some references:

CLLSociety interview with Dr. Sameer Parikh. -Hold ibrutinib for 5-7 days while taking Paxlovid. (Since Paxlovid is a 5 day treatment course this would imply holding ibrutinib for two days after completion of the Paxlovid treatment. - My comment)

I resumed with Ibrutinib 2 days after finishing Paxlovid. No problems encountered.
