Flu and COVID 4th booster

My hubby had both yesterday and is feeling week today. He is resting but his temp is at 100.3. He just took 2 Tylenols (1000 mg) - can anyone advice me when I should contact his Dr?

Thank you! I am happy to say his temperature is decreasing slowly and he is less weak. I know I may overreact, however I do believe his last booster activated his CLL and he got so very sick within 2 weeks after.

I had a 100.7 fever after the flu and Covid booster, however I think it was the Covid booster because I had a fever last time with no flu vaccine.

Thank you! Last night his fever finally broke and he's 100% better today.
