acalabrutinib
My wife had a low-grade headache for about 2 weeks, but Tylenol shut down it down each day. Others reported that a cup of coffee each morning worked very well.
Hi there - I'm just about to start too. Just waiting for my neutrophils and platelets to improve a bit. Let's compare notes! Seems liking coffee can be helpful........ Good luck - Handley
Have been on Acalabrutinib for 18 months. No side effects for me other than the often mentioned morning headaches. I found out that a couple of cups of instant coffee (has most caffeine) did the trick. After a few weeks even the headaches were gone.
My only issue was sometimes forgetting the evening pill. I soon solved that by setting my IPad alarm to remind me every night. The morning one was easy - take it as soon as I get up.
Remember to take each pill with at least a glass of water. And keep hydrated during the day.
I've been on Acalabrutinib since March 2022, only major side effect were the headaches mentioned above. I drank coffee in the morning and took tylenol before going to bed.
I am about to start Acalabrutinib too after 2 years watch and wait. The replies are reassuring. I'll get in some instant coffee, as they say it'll help.
