as I said my last post, I got really really sick yesterday lightheaded etc. I go through these quite often lately other than just not feeling well all the time thank you to everyone for your support and sharing it's not easy is it

Watch and wait is sometimes called Watch and Worry. So no, it’s not easy.

Since you are having these spells if lightheartedness, please follow up with your regular doctor and your CLL doctor.

How is your blood oxygen saturation? How is your blood pressure? If these drop you can get lightheadedness

You're right - it's not easy at least at first, and I hope you get an updated assessment with your doctor and blood test update too. After about 20 years in W & W I stopped worrying - my occasional spells of dizziness were thought to be either low blood sugar or low B/P , although in my case it was the Statins that I actually didn't need to be on, it having been finally decided that my cholesterol levels were very good. 😊
