My specialist always ensured that I had blood test form coverage for the scheduled blood tests, along with some to use if I was ill. Ask your specialist if you can have this arrangement. My CLL severely crippled my immune system, so I was more at risk of infections than most others with CLL.

I am sorry to read that you feel terrible. I would call my CLL doctor’s office and your regular doctor’s office. If you feel uncomfortable waiting until tomorrow, you can always go to the ER.

My dad knew he had prostrate cancer but really didn’t feel well one day. In the ER, within a few hours they had an explanation for his pain.

Thank you.
