I've had three rounds of the Pfizer COVID vaccine and my GP has kindly offered me another dose. I have negligible immunoglobulin and so am likely to generate an immune response. And I am on Aclabrutinib that is, apparently, busy suppressing my T-cells.
So ... do I take the 4th dose? Or pass? Other vaccine centres (relatively - I don't have a car) do have Moderna if I can find a way of getting there - is this a better option?
Your collective wisdom and guidance, is as ever, much appreciated.

I had 3 Pfizer and the Dr at the GP hub, where I went for my booster, recommended the Moderna booster. I have no idea about my response but also I am not on any treatment. Others may be able to help you with that.
Wondering if you know what your antibody count was after Moderna? I’m on ibrutinib too. Had three Pfizer’s with no antibodies. Scheduled for Moderna on Wednesday.
I’ve had 2 Astra zenecas, 1 Pfizer and then a Moderna for 4th, no side effects at all with 4th, I couldn’t tell you about antibodies though, I was also on acalabrutinib for 10 weeks.
IgA is very important in providing protection to your respiratory, digestive and genitourinal tracts, but IgG infusions do give some protection there. At least one IgG supplier is working on providing IgA for infusion.
