Hi all

I saw this today and wonder if others in the UK have heard about it too. Donald Trumps cure Ronapreve is to be given to those of us who can’t make covid antibodies. Link below from Independent news.

I`ve heard/read about that but from my understanding it`s for those who are in hospital with covid. I could be wrong; would be nice if we all got tested for antibodies and treated accordingly.

Once you are in hospital, it would be a bit late, is that right? I'm sure you have to get the infusion as soon as possible once you know you have tested positive. I think within 5 days ideally, not later than 10 days. Once your oxygen etc. is affected, no point anymore. I'm contacting my GP about this next week and will also follow up with my consultant. I'm a primary school teacher and we have already had 2 positive cases confirmed in our school. I need some reassurance so I'm not going to leave it until I have some answers.

I thought 'The Donald' was cured with horse dewormer. Are you sure this is the correct drug???? 😀

I don’t think there is a cure for “The Donald”. He appears to be persistent😀
