Call the interpreter ! zap 70+ CD 38+ del 11 q del 13 q IGVH mutation indeterminate ??? Tell me what I got here ! Actually after CLL initial diagnosis 2006, and IMBRUVICA after 2018, now at this moment my CBC is perfect in range except the "mono" above range. Also in range the CMP and platelets . My only CLL related issue is allergic rhinitis. A suitable diet and daily exercise are important.

Janvog, a test called flow cytometry looks at our cll cells and if our cells "over express" certain protein levels, like CD38 and Zap 70, it is thought these cll cells that overexpress CD 38 and Zap 70 will, on average, be more aggressive than other cll cells.
11q and 13q are areas on chromosomes with missing genetic material and are common types of cll. 11q is thought to be more aggressive than 13q. The arms of a chromosome are the long arm (q) and the short are (p). If you have 11q and 13q cll, you have some cll cells missing genetic material on the long arm (q) of the 13th and 11th chromosomes.
11q cll is characterized by bulky nodes where the clls cells gather in the lymph nodes more than the blood. 11q cll responds very well to ibrutinib, so its no surprise you are doing well with treatment.
One of the most important indicator of how we do with cll is the mutations status of our IGHV gene, mutated being better than unmutated. It appears your test for ighv mutation status was inconclusive.
Zap 70 and CD 38 are considered surrogate markers for ighv status. Most, but not all, people who are zap 70 and CD 38 positive will also have unmutated ighv.
How we actually do with our cll is more important than markers that predict how we do. It sounds like you are responding well to treatment and that's what matters most.
Al that said, I am not an expert and you should discuss your test results with your doctor who I am sure could give you a more understandable and accurate explanation.
Thank you for the detailed information! I had never been interested in the details because I am a fatalist, although I keep strict diets and exercise even when "weak". But with seemingly all others knowing their genetic situation... Here a quick therapy: youth orchestra bahia tico .
You got a mixed bag of candy. Some good, some less good. Given how well you did for how long you could be one of those mutated guys even though CD38 and ZAP70 positive.
