Here is a link to the side effects of Bendamustine. Cough is on the list, but you may be experiencing gastro-reflux which can cause coughing.

I hope you will take your symptsom to your Drs., GP and/or CLL Dr. to get the cause sorted.

I don't know where you live, but in U.S. Spring is the time of year we get allergies and coughs are often part of those reactions to allergans. Also, your causes can't be detected from the internet---your best bet for getting all sorted, is to see your Dr (s).
