Just about to start cycle 11 of the Loxo 305 trial and finally......my nails look good! They have split -vertically and horizontally, they have flaked, they have ridged, - for more years than I care to think about. But finally...I feel able to shape them, paint them - display them even! Thank you Loxo. Yes the lymphocytes, the red cells, the platelets, the neutrophils etc matter, but its the little things that give life meaning!!!!

That’s awesome and hope great results for this new treatment that has a lot of attention!
In these covid days we need something to cheer us up. All I do is go to appointments as I imagine you do. I used to love having my nails done but they were covered with acrylic and repaired. I havent heard of this drug. I take ibrutinib and I am doing well but I still have fatigue. Roll on summer and you can go outside and show off those lovely nails. Anne uk
