I don’t have CLL. Do you also post about CNS lymphomas?
Hi there, I'm not sure how much help we can be as there are a number of varieties of CNS lymphomas. However, if you're on Ibrutinib then yours will be a type of B cell NHS and this post a year ago discussed Ibrutinib crossing the blood brain barrier to treat CNS CLL. Some patients here have had good results with Ibrutinib for their CNS disease with resolution of their symptoms.healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
With best wishes

Hi Lemur,
Thank you for explaining that you do the have CLL. Do you have a lymphoma with CNS involvement diagnosis?
Ibrutinib is a small molecule targeted therapy and can penetrate the blood-brain barrier, so should be a suitable drug for the treatment of CNS lymphoma.
While CLL can infiltrate the Central Nervous System that thankfully only happens rarely, so we've only had a few posts on this topic, none of which have appeared in the Related Posts section. Sorry we can't more provide more help.

Hi Lemur,-
We don't often have discussions that include CNS Lymphomas, but here is the results of a search on CNS (unfortunately you will see that CNS is also a UK term for Clinical Nurse Specialist- so you will need to scan each posting to identify the appropriate ones)
