Hi all!!! We are JUST now scheduled for the MRI. Oncologist took forever to get it going it seems. 🤦🏻♀️ My bf did try the “Celebrex” but felt no relief. So he quit taking them. PCP released him and said there was nothing more for him to do so all of our eggs are in the oncologists basket right now. He recently had a blood draw and all counts were perfect however he cannot relax about thinking it’s a tumor. No matter how spot on my Arnold Schwarzenegger impression is. He’s freaked. Question???? If all of his counts were good, does it speak to a different type of cancer as well? If you have a brain tumor, does it leave cancer markers in your blood? And if so would they have seen it or only if they ran a test for that specific type of cancer.
Just trying to shoot down some of his negative thoughts while we wait.
Thanks for your attention. Means so much to not be alone. 💜

Sorry for what the two of you are going through. Can’t answer your specific questions but here is a good link to information on the many types of headaches:
You will find Tumor Headache at the very bottom of the list because it is the most rare type.
The three persons I’ve known with brain tumors presented with seizures or severe vision problems. (None had CLL.) The fact that I don’t know your BF automatically puts him in a lower risk category.
Hoping you receive quick reassurance from the scan results. And a good treatment plan for managing the pain and minimizing recurrence. Mary
