Can’t get rid of C diff

I have been having C diff for quite sometime. I have tried antibiotics and am on floraster and culturelle. It just keeps coming back. I need some help. Any suggestions concerning probiotics would be greatly appreciated . Thank you

Hi Len , Thank you For the information. The problem with the fecal transplants is that they are currently on hold because of Covid . So I am trying to look for other solutions until that is available. It was suggested to me to take a mega dose of probiotics that it might help. I am currently taking floraster and culturelle but not working. Am open to any suggestions at this point. Thank you again. Please be safe.

Hi Jances13, I have just read your post of 6 moths ago., and was interested in your outcome. I am presently being treated for bad diarrhoea, as a result of taking Antibiotics. I have been given Loperamide by my GP and am waiting for it to kick in. He is also testing me for C Difficile, and that result also awaits. I am just doing my research at the moment, in the event that the C Difficile test comes back positve. I hope you are now well, and would be interested in your experience so far. Regards Ron
