Shielding update

Unfortunately, the shielding community received no further information yesterday. One can handle ones condition but the lack of reliable information is the most frustrating aspect. We appear to be the bottom of most agendas.

They got us into this and now do not know how to get us out. Yes, low priority as one sector of society doing what it’s told without making a big fuss. The virus is still out there!

I wrote to my MP last night about the lack of update/information for shielders, there are 2.5 million of us, so including family, that is an awful lot of us who are getting forgotten! I am personally most concerned about any changes to the 2 meter rule, as it seems that an awful lot of people struggle with this and seem to prefer 50 cm to 1 meter.

Might I suggest that you email your MP, maybe the more shielders who email their MP the better?

I would love to email MP but sadly he only details with postal communications - does not have a e-mail address. How he gets away with this in 2020 I do not understand. I am soooooo frustrated that there is no acknowledgement of our "shielded"situation - there are well over 1.4 million people constrained for various reasons and not one mention yesterday or anything about announcements today.
