hi everyone. I was diagnosed Aug 2019....as stage 4Cll. Put on 540 Me since then I have gained back a lot of the weight I lost. 3/4 of my body weight ...and generally feeling so much better. Of late I have had several infections and bouts of antibiotics. My oncologist has today reduced my ibrutinib to 2 capsules per day because of the girls problems. Any discussions from anyone else lowering their meds?

I was on the 560 mg ibrutinib tablet until it failed (I had sepsis and was switched to venetoclax). All I can say is when I went off of all meds, I felt I was literally walking slower than a sloth and had zero energy. I don't know why, maybe also amplified by laying in a hospital bed for a week. My feet were dragging as I walked. Once I got back on meds, I felt a lot more energy, it was such a difference. I hope that your reduction in meds will help your issues and you won't have energy reduction effects. I wish you all the best with your treatment adjustment
I was on 1 pill a day for a long time, then 2 pills a day. Worked well for me at those lower dosages. But I had afib, so was recently moved to Venetoclax.
