These are immature neutrophils and would not normally be seen in a blood test unless the marrow was under extreme stress.

i just started on venetoclax a month ago, But they are all 0. why would that be?
That's the right result, they are not normally seen or reported in a blood test because they are not normally in the blood, only the marrow.
but wouldn't the fact that this is the first time this is showing at all on my test that they are showing up somehow? Is this a requested thing by physician not an automatic thing?
