Arrhythmia on Ibrutinib

I started Ibrutinib 3 weeks ago, developed an arrhythmia after the first week and a half, was reduced from 3 capsules a day to 2. That was effective with no issues until today when the arrhythmia began again. Anyone else have this problem and how was it dealt with? Will the arrhythmia stop or will I ultimately have to come off the drug?
