Hi, I’m 52 year old female, was diagnosed with CLL about 2 years ago and have been on 420 units daily of Ibrutinib for almost a year. I have experienced some side effects, but nothing that was anything other than annoying. Over the last three months, however, every morning when I wake up, my feet are asleep and have a tingley/needle feeling for first few minutes after I get up. Also have experienced them falling asleep while I’m working out. Anybody have this experience?

Feet Falling Asleep
Yes I had also experienced tingling, numbness after walking at times. It comes and goes but lately is has diminished. I am newly on Imbruvica and it seems better. It may be due to enlarged lymph nodes pressing on nerves in the inguinal area or elsewhere in your lower body. My Pet scan showed lots of enlarged nodes and may explain the reasons behind it. Soooo glad Imbruvica is helping, although may take a while for nodes to reduce entirely. Hang in there. Blessings.
I have been on Ibrutinib for about 9 months and just started getting a sort of pins and needles, at first I thought ants were crawling on me ( I was gardening) but nothing. When these weird things come on I tell myself, just wait it'll go away and be replaced with something else!
My symptoms come and go and over and over. Thank goodness nothing TOO serious that I can't live with I do have to be careful walking outside, balance off, have to watch where I put my feet or i'll fall over!
