I have only recently joined this site, and already, I am finding it quite helpful and reassuring. I was diagnosed with CLL/SLL in January and started treatment immediately because I had generalised swollen lymph nodes. I had one treatment but second treatment was postponed because my WBC, HB and platelets were at unacceptably low levels. I have had transfusions to bring my HB in and nuprogen injections to help the white blood cess improve. I used to wake 2 miles daily but was asked by my physician to reduce my walking so as not to put a strain on my heart. I am hoping to have my second treatment this week.

You are off to a rocky start...I hope you will soon be able to receive your second treatment. Just always remember you are never alone. We are in your corner!!! 🙏💕😍☘️
