Lymph node swelling and discomfort?

About 3 1/2 years in and I have some node swelling (2 cm in groin area). Is some discomfort normal? I have heard some never have swelling and it only shows in white count and such. Is there a normal?

With CLL abnormal often seems to be the norm. Some have more involvement in the blood (a CLL presentation), and some have more activity in the lymph nodes (an SLL presentation). Then there are the people who have both. Some have nodes that bother them, while others with much larger nodes than yours don't., other than how they affect appearance. I would bring this up with your doctor, who will know about other factors involved in your case.

Thanks. My doctor is on it. I am finding so much out on here. It’s a ton to process for sure. I think a lot of it is in my head too. You begin to think then worry. That’s why my doctor said it’s more like watch and worry. Don’t think treatment is being thought about yet but hard to say. It seems like treatment might not be needed until they are much larger or causing problems?
