Is there a support group for cll patients? I live in Nebraska. I do love this site and have learned so much😊

Dan welcome and be sure to take a look at the CLL Society website. They have a growing number of support groups around the country and offer a number of CLL related support.

Here is a link to the CLL Society map of current support groups. Unfortunately the closest is in Denver, with a new group forming in Kansas City.

The CLL Society also has a "Virtual Support Group (only for those with significant travel issues and not a substitute for an available local group)" you can apply to join by responding to this questionnaire: virtualsupportgroup.questio...

The LLS.org has a Chapter in Nebraska and has a support group in Omaha, or they may be able to refer you to a group for Lymphomas and Leukemia's in a different location.

Hi, Dawn - I am from Nebraska too, in the middle of the tri-cities. I've been unable to find any local support groups for cancer - though I know they do exist in Lincoln & Omaha, not sure about CLL-specific. I do find this group to be very helpful.

Hello from a former Kansan. Spaces can feel far apart in the Midwest. For me, now in Canada where distances can be long too, it's been worth it to drive an hour to an LLS blood cancer group. There were always other CLL patients and I still keep in touch with some of them.
