Thrombocytopenia on ventoclax

Anyone have to deal with thrombocytopenia while on Venetoclax?if so how was dosage handled?

My ITP began way back after my first FCR treatment (2010?). I am on ibrutinib + venetoclax trial now for a few months. My platelets have not changed significantly before or after this new treatment (around 70K). I have had periods of neutropenia which were treated with neulasta (am allergic to neupogen) plus IVIg.

You can see that thrombocytopenia is the third most common reaction with 22% of patients having the issue and 15% getting a Grade 3 or 4 reaction.

There are numerous articles summarizing the various clinical trials, dose reduction and thrombocytopenia are mentioned in some, but there is little precise data to draw conclusions if it works well.
