Extreme heat intolerance
Welcome otiliacar as I see this is your first post. I’m sorry it has to be on an issue that must be causing you severe distress and discomfort. You’ll see from the sheer number of replies on this subject from an older post, that you’re not alone in suffering this;

I don’t know if you are untreated or presently on any meds that may be contributing or have any co-morbidities which may be implicated but certainly have your thyroid checked out as it’s often a culprit in heat intolerance.
Don’t assume this is automatically CLL to blame (though it won’t be helping) because your reaction seems extreme. Consult your GP or primary doctor about this.
My family tell me I’d be too warm in an igloo!
Best wishes and hope you find some answers.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having to deal with this.
I am way more sensitive to heat in the past few years, and am pretty sure it is CLL related.
That said, what you are describing may well be migraines, triggered by heat. I get these as well. Migraine meds can relieve them, so definitely talk to your doctor. In summer it can be hard to deal with heat. You didn't mention where you live, but here in Baltimore it can get pretty brutal. I just try to limit my outdoor time, or make sure that there is a way to cool off. I can also suggest that you keep a freezer/ice pack with you inside a sock to place on your neck if you must be out. It helps some. I also found that a personal fan -- the kind that you wear on a necklace cord -- can help a lot. Drink plenty of water, as dehydration can also trigger migraines or headaches.
