Elevated Neutrophils on Ibrutinib

Hi:

After 6 months on iBrutinib my WBC seems to hover around 10-15, ALC 9-10, platelets 104-108 but my Neutrophils have taken a jump from 3 to 6.12. I know they vary with stress etc. I do not have any infection just feel fatigued like fighting a cold or something. Any one else have a similar experience with their Neutrophils on iBrutinib? Thanks!
