Hi, Well my husband is now into cycle 6 of the trial and all is still going well. There is one thing I would like to ask others on this trial, are you suffering from mood swings. This month has been particularly bad with some days not being able to say or do anything right. I am going to mention this to the Professor when we see him next but just wondered if it was part of the treatment/CCL or just my husband getting a little down. Thanks.

Babswade,
It could be the meds or some depression. I'm in the same boat as your husband. Just know he appreciates you very much. For you to be on this forum for him speaks volumes about your devotion to him.

I'm on ACP-196 at OSU and in my 6th cycle as well. Not noticing any mood swings, but it is one of the many things I'm asked about at every appointment. So it might be the med.
