FISH
Unfortunately there is not enough information to comment, and this results needs to be interpreted by your CLL doctor, since TP53 can be both deleted and mutated or non-functional... it is interlinked with 17p deleted and fairly complex.
In general...
TP53 gene is located on the short arm of chromosome 17 (17p13.1) and encodes a protein called p53.

Thank you for reply. I'm 3 years ago at the W&W.at the beginning of the diagnosis CLL: Cd38: negative. Zap-70:negative. Ighv: hyper mutated (87.5%). Fish: deletion of tp53 in 13%. My hematologist told me that a good result is also good prognosis . My last Sonografi speelan is larger than normal (15.5 cm) and last CBC result: WBc:78000. Lymphocytes: 96%. Hgb:11.5. Plt: 110.000. I checked every 2 month CBC & under the supervision of Dr
Other than the uncertainty over your TP53 interpretation mentioned by Chris, the rest of your markers are good. You and your haematologist and doctor will get a better understanding of how stable your CLL is by monitoring your regular blood tests.
Your haemoglobin (Hgb) is a little low; normal range is: women 12.0 - 16.0; men 14.0 - 18.0, so you are slightly anaemic. If you are feeling more tired and lacking energy, ask your doctor if there is anything that can be done to raise this. It is probably due to your CLL, but sometimes there are other reasons.
Likewise your platelets are low, but will need to drop under 70,000 before treatment would be recommended on that basis.
Changes in the CLL in your blood are best measured by tracking the Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC), not your WBC. That's 96% of 78,000 or 74,880 - say 75,000.
