Just got back from my last 6 weeks checkup. Both of the main markers for CLL that my doctor monitors in my blood came down to the high normal range. Therefore they have changed my regular 6 weeks appointments to every 3 months. Probiotics are friendly bacteria that help overwhelm the "bad" bacteria in the gut. This is working for me so I just wanted to share some good news.

I have been taking probiotics for about 6 months ,and while it is great for my gut and i like taking it ,although it didnt stop me from getting cll 😕i am glad it makes you feel great as it does it for me as well .
I have been working on gut health for more than two years now using resistant starch and soil-based organisms. Google "Free the Animal" and "Vegetable Pharm" for helpful information.
Yes Ultimate Flora Super Critical 200 billion with 10 probiotic strains. About $20.00 per. box at Amazon.com. I use one packet every other day to stretch my dollar. When you first start you could do every day but it doesn't take long to balance your system. The friendly bacteria hang around some so if you do every other day it is cheaper.
Steve I forgot to tell you this is in a packet so you can stir it into yogert, cereal, cottage cheese or add to a smoothie. Has no taste. Don't put it through the blender just mix gently into something you enjoy.
I have gone from check ups being every 2 months to 3 months then every 6 months to now Once A Year! So every January I have my blood checked. This doesn't mean if things change I won't have them more offer.
It just means, like the man who jumped off the 50 story building people could hear him yell out on the way down "so far so good!".
You are funny and one of the lucky ones! So what is your lifestyle? Lots of exercise and healthy food? Happy marriage? I think all of this contributes.
