Hi,

I do not seem to get information and posts sent through to my e mail anymore can I used to get them on a regular basis can anybody tell me why?

This is all controlled by your account preferences Worth checking if these are set as you expect..

Click on your username in the green menu and select Account (or click the link below):

healthunlocked.com/settings

Check the "Contact Preferences" are set to email you how you want to be kept informed and then click on "Save changes" (Orange button towards the top right of the screen).

If you don't get emails according to your settings, please contact HealthUnlocked via their Help page:

support.healthunlocked.com/...

A long time ago, there was a bug where some members had their preferences inadevertently changed. Only a few people were affected. Perhaps it's back?
