Neutrophils and Lymphocyte count

My doctor says I have Neutrophils = 6 and Lymphocyte = 0.7 ? I'm very confused. Are these results represented as percentages? Are these normal results?

They look to me like absolute values... often they are proceeded by the # sign or ABS on a differental blood report..

Thank you

However, Lymphocyte absolute value seems to be in the normal range but my CD4 count = 67 and CD8 = 218 do you maybe know why?

CD4 and CD8 are T cells... aka T lymphocytes, although these markers are found on other cells but in small numbers
