Another CLL patient dies disease free from complications of her treatment.

Friends,

Sad news. Another friend gone from complications of her treatment, this time graft versus host disease (GVHD) after her transplant. Ironically, and not uncommonly, her CLL was gone.

It is not about destroying the cancer. It is about healing the patient.

I too will say a prayer for her family.
