Very happy for you Brian.
This is very encouraging for all of us.
The ibrutinib is coming soon in France.
Do you think it is preferable to associate ibrutinib with a monoclonal antibody early or wait a little or not at all?
Thank you for the good news.
I would delay any therapy until it's needed. I like the idea of adding a mAb after being on ibrutinib for 60 days or so so that the cells are out in the blood stream for the mAB to attack. But that is all theoretical.
A recent paper by Byrd et al... indicates that Imbruvica (ibrutinib) and rituxan used in conjunction shows signs of being antagonistic....sequential use may be the way forward... at least in ADCC cell killing...
Congratulations on the very positive results Brian. Good news for one is indeed good news for all of us!!
