Venetoclax/Ibrutinib trial needing surgery

Hi, I have been on Ibrutinib for 6 months and added Venetoclax 2 weeks ago. My WBC is in range and my Lymphocytes and Neutrophils are within a few points of being in range already. Unfortunately, I tore the meniscus in my knee and a flap is in the joint creating lots of pain. I also have a leaking Baker's Cyst behind the knee.

My question is, has anyone had surgery while on this combo of drugs, how long did you have to stop, and did you have issues with with surgery or stopping or starting the drugs? I have a consult Tuesday to discuss with the Doc. My thoughts are to get the 5 week ramp up behind me. You experience or thoughts are appreciated.
