My 6 year old daughter, Arianna, has congenital hepatic fibrosis. Luckily her kidneys haven't been affected yet, but her liver is not doing well at all and she will be getting a transplant. I am writing about her journey on her facebook page, Izzy's Page, and I joined this site to get in touch with other people who have her condition.
