heartuk.org.uk/HealthProfes... has the flipchart for download now, but I can't give anyone copies because I'd have to charge the print costs (I'm not rich) and commercial reproduction is forbidden. 
Thanks DakCB-UK for directing me to this. I will get husband to practise motivational dialogue on me. At the moment it's limited to " Your stomach is looking fatter".
