Dr Megan Rossi write on guts health in The Daily Mail, few weeks there was a write up on cholesterol,no comments on triglyceride therefore I asked the above question, " How important is triglyceride?"

Thank you. Back in November last year there was an article on cholesterol but no mention about triglyceride!! therefor my question on response.

Gut health is important but it's not that difficult to get right, it's not a major cause of cholesterol problems for many and it's more the latest fad for grifters to part fools from their money, being promoted as the solution for so many health problems, from hyperlipidaemia to eczema.
