I go out for walk for 1 1/2 hours per day in the morning, there are pathways avoiding car fumes. Try to move out of other people during the walk.

Could you please let me know what that you checked before getting out of the car?

Thanks.

Don't want to alarm anyone but in our local area, notices have been put up saying you are not supposed to drive anywhere to take a walk and should only walk, cycle or run from your house.

Sounds a bit daft to me as the pavements are too busy with people all walking from home. I prefer the 5 minute drive past them to quiet place. I think you have to be sensible though 👍

The message everywhere in UK is not to drive anywhere to 'exercise' but to walk or jog from your home
