My annual check showed my nhs cholesterol level at 13 whatever that means but should be under 10 so I said I will seriously try to lower this myself as statins buggered my leg muscles up. Given me 6 months and if not lower suggest I try a different one, which I really don’t want to do 🙁 So a good breakfast for a healthy start to try to lower it with lifestyle changes and improvements. Off shopping for grapefruit, avocado and no processed baddies 😇
