Oatmeal. 18 satchets £2 in Tescos. Milled Chia Seeds £4.99 315g bag = 21 servings. Holland and Barrett. Kiwi and banana. £4 per week. Any supermarket. Natural honey £2.50 per week. 3 weeks healthy brehakfast for less than £10 per week. Add Benecol bars for snack. I think it helps to add photos, prices and quantities to help people and save them time.

Try checking your blood sugar levels after eating that lot, you will be amazed. You really want to keep post breakfast blood sugar below 100. Here are my test results

Beans on Toast 95

Eggs on Toast 90

6 bananas 90

Porridge made with water and no additions 116

2 egg omlette

Yes entire breakfast.

Not every morning, most mornings its low sugar baked beans on single slice of toast or sometimes mackrel on toast.

Monitor is accurate

This is the only occasion I eat bread by the way
