No, you don't need to worry. However you could get improvement by continuing to reduce your consumption of sugars and simple carbohydrates. This will bring down both your triglycerides, and your LDL and VLDL cholesterol values.

Half of all heart attacks and strokes occur to people with optimal or normal LDL cholesterol levels.

What is more important are risks of blood clots. To ensure you minimize this risk you should eat green leafy and cruciferous vegetables, tomatoes and take vitamins B6 and B9 (Folic Acid) daily. An apple a day will also help.

Good luck.

The data from you blood test gives all the information, did you use an ipad and photo to do this post?

As a couple of blood test values are not in the guide lines you need to speak to your doctor and ask for a risk analysis, there are a number of risk analysis available.

At the end of the day we need cholesterol in our body to function!!, regular exercise and watching out for free and hidden sugar can help towards a healthy life.

Not what you're looking for?
