Brahmi is excellent to help our brain and recover the memory damage from statins. My muscles are damaged and I hope I can find a good supplement to help recovery.

CYAD What makes you believe statins is the cause of memory loss? Could the main cause not be, if you had a heart attack the lack of oxygen to your brain no matter how small has caused damage to your memory as it did to me and many others?

Good answer that Paul, in some recent tests the placebo effect worked just as well as the real thing.

I was on Statins 8 Years and it attacks the left ankle why I don't know but there is No cure for that I was Told? If I mess about with it you could end up losing your leg. my reply Thanks for giving me Statins then,

there can be side effects to brahmi, please do a web search and decide for yourself and discuss it with a naturopath if possible. I'm fortunate that I didn't have any side effects and it certainly helped get me out of brain fog. I haven't had a heart attack but my Dr and me know that I'm one of the many people who cannot take statins.

Why is it you cannot take statin? I thought that Indian medicine do not have side effect?
