I am assuming you are asian, and as such are particularly susceptible and sensitive to carbohydrate.

You need to take control of your fear and reliance on drugs.

Drugs are not the road to optimal health.

Do a lot of research, start here (a massive resource):

Hi,

I am unable to work our where you live as the cholesterol units are different to UK units. Life style change, food intake fresh food, quantity, portion, simple exercise are all important to keep cholesterol and blood glucose down.

Dear Professor,

You can eat a lot of Indian vegetables, locally produced where you live which are very good, I am afraid you need daily walk at least 1 hour a day to keep the blood flow fast. Boiled Sri Lankan Cinnamon drink morning and evening is good for you. Fenugreek soaked in water and added to food is also good for you, you can buy (In India) or grow greens from Fenugreek, have tried this in UK, again good for you. Roasted garlic excellent.

Try fish and eggs for breakfast cooked in real butter, colourful vegetables with green soya beans boiled and chickpeas boiled and olive oil for lunch, evening dinner can eat what you like, no snacks in between meals. Have tried the above food in UK which has helped me so far, only time will tell as I am going for a stress test, twelve lead electro cardiogram, awaiting appointment.

Watch out for over heating cooking oils in food preparation, Google can give you a lot of information, Good luck with new food plan and exercise.
