Another microbleed?

Last night I was standing up talking to my family when I had a tingling sensation all down my left side, I felt like I was going to feint so I quickly sat down. I felt fine after a few minutes but I must say it scared me a little. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen and should i worry about it?

I have a Cavernoma in the brain stem and experience double vision and numbness down the left hand side. I have had a recent bleed too.

yes this was my first symptom two weeks before it got worse.Go and get checked out!!my bleed showed up on ct scan but had to wait a while before they could actually see what it was.Watch out for blurry vision,balance problems with left side and maybe hearing problems.Best to get it checked.
