Hi ling, that's a really good link to an excellent website and the information provided is really good and clear, and understandable by a layperson.What a shame that the vast majority of us learn far too late the value of a good diet. I think the problem is that it takes years before all the damage done by poor diet to come to the fore in long term illnesses.

But happily we are learning more about what an important thing it is to eat in a healthy way.
