I just wanted to introduce our member Activity2004 to you, as one of our Care Community members. Some of you may have been a bit puzzled by the sudden appearance of her 'word scramble' puzzles and wondered what they are all about.
Activity2004 is a lovely ambassador for the Positive Wellbeing in Self Isolation forum. Because she is an experienced carer she came to join our Care Community too, and therefore posts her puzzles on both forums.
For puzzle lovers this could help pass some time, but it's not a formal thing in any way. Just make as many words as you can from the phrase that's given in each of the posts. And for fun you can respond to Activity2004, giving your total, but there's no need to post a whole list of words, and you don't have to commit to doing one every day or treat them formally in any way. It's just for your amusement.
Hope everyone is doing well today and managing to stay upbeat for most of the time. Wobbles are expected. I've had many but I'm hanging in there! Please all enjoy your weekend as best you can. (I wish my head would believe it's Saturday, when I'm convinced it's Sunday!) But overridingly, stay safe and stay well. You are so needed, for the difficult jobs you are doing in looking after others.
Hi sassy59 and thanks for your welcome to Activity2004. I'm with you all the way on what day it might be. My head is firmly telling me it's Sunday today, and it won't be convinced it's only Saturday. So thanks so much for the heads-up about the clock change tonight. I need as much chivvying as I can get today!
