Just a quick question here.
Should I go out in a very severe weather with my condition?

No, not when the air is very cold. If you absolutely must go out, cover your nose and mouth with a scarf so you aren't breathing in the cold air.
What type of COPD have you got.???
Are there more types? I was not aware of that.
Well COPD is an umbrella for many types of illnesses including Asthma, Emphysema which I've got,Chronic Bronchitis etc etc.
COPD,stands for Chronic Obstrutive Pulmonary Disease.
So really covers anything where you can be struggling for breath.
And germs are worse in the summer to the winter. The reason we get ill in the winter is people passing there germs around,in shops, cafe, anywhere where there are a lot of people.
Going for a walk in the fresh air wrapped up,won't do people with COPD anyharm.
Oh, thanks for this.
Good to hear that I can go out well rapped up, provided there is no nasty wind.
I have a bit of asthma, and bronchitis.
Thanks again.
Wish you well.

Like I say it's people that spread germs,so just tell your family and friends you would appreciate them not visiting if they have colds. They will understand. Stay warm.
