Time to Talk Day 2018

It’s easy to think there’s no right place to talk about mental health. But the more we talk about it, the better life is for all of us.

Too many people with mental health problems are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed.

Time to Talk Day is a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.

We hope the Care Community gives you someone to talk to any day of the year, but in the spirit of Time to Talk Day we would encourage those who have not yet posted, to post if they feel comfortable.

Thank you also to those members who support those who post with your replies and advice - please continue because that is what makes our Community the safe, supportive environment that it is.

There are events going on all over the UK but as our Community is global we can all use the day as a chance to share our feelings.
