We are Revitalise – a national charity that provides respite holidays to disabled people and their carers. We welcome thousands of guests every year to our three UK holiday centres for a full board accessible respite holiday, complete with excursions, activities and entertainment, as well as the reassurance of 24-hour on-call nurse-led care.
We know how important it is for both disabled people and their carers to have a break, something they often don’t get. Carers are welcome to join the person they care for on a Revitalise holiday or they can choose to have a break elsewhere. At Revitalise, our staff take over the caring role so everyone can reap the benefits of a proper break.

If you know someone else who could benefit from a free respite break, ask them to join The Simplyhealth Care Community and then send their details, as explained above. Please note that the holiday must take place before 31st January 2018.
