my neighbour looks after is uncle an all he gets carer money nowt else , can he claim anythink else so he can get glasses , dentist and free tablets, he is paying for them all

if its only carers allowance he gets it can be topped up by income support which then entitles him for help with glasses,dentist,etc hope this helps
