I suffer from Depression, anxiety and Diabetes, I do not go out as I get very nervous if on my own and have a lot of trouble if large groups of people like supermarkets. I don't drive but my Civil partner does. He works full time.

Hello Craftybearscave, I was so sorry to hear that you don't go out which is such a shame. Have you spoken with your GP about this? Also as you don't like going out on your own and are nervous have you thought about contacting some organisations that will come out with you even it's only for a short walk. Perhaps some of our members knows of some organisations that would help with outings etc., however short?
