I'm liel, i'm 29, i have BWS and my boyfriend and I want to have a baby.

I want to find out what are the chances that my child will be born with BWS and if any of you know of last made research on the subject, or a name of a researcher involved in the field?

thanx

Hi Liel. I thino it depends on how you'be got the BWS which can affect the odads, eg mosaicism, metholation, etc. There is a Facebook group that is very active and you would get more info thru that. BWS support network and Beckwith Wiedemann Syndrome are the names. It definitely shouldn't stop you getting pregnant unless there were other issues. Good luck with your search and no doubt upcoming pregnancy :-)
